It has been a bit quiet over here lately. I suddenly find myself in perimenopause with a bang. Hot flashes every 40 minutes, day and night. I expected changes but not this sudden and this severe. I'm now trying to find some balance in it all and have started on some meds yesterday...
In the mean time I'm just knitting along and keeping things quiet. I haven't been to any knitting groups even. Maybe I'll pop by the shop a little later today for a "sit 'n knit"....
